To prevent fleas, which means, to prevent them from infected flea bites which are really not good for them.

I used vacuum cleaner on my this evening and Im sure it scared him, while maybe female not sure if its male or female. Ill be taking mine to Cat Protection sometime next week to get some shots and get it checked over, the last thing I want is fucking fleas in my flat.
