12 years old when this slab of Funk hit me, I was already a clone by 1974 as a 8 y.o. when this song was released in Jan 1978 everybody had the single and was blasting the jam. In my class these 3 three sistas did their routine eqiupped with a Red, Green,Yellow Flashlight and everytime the chrous hit they would hit that light it was cool as hell. 30years later this song is Timeless and is still the unoffical "Black National Anthem" and will get any party going!!!

I remember my sister and I playing this record in the 70's and we were freakin out over the rude lyrics in the background, our parents would be listening but oblivious to the words - "oh fuck me, like I know you are my fuck freak!" I'm sure the censors and gardians of decency were unaware too. We just boogie all the way - OM

I remember seeing them at a concert and the people was dropping like flies and they were just passing them back as they drop but it was a good concert.
