If you idiots looked at the date on the video, it was uploaded 4 days before betas started to be seeded to developers. Getting past the 'purple screen of death' on 1.2 / 2.0 was a freaking miracle for people at this time. Now, you can go out, buy a 3G iPhone, and pwn it just like that. 4 months ago things were different.

Anyway, it WAS jailbroken. I recorded this video. Lockdownd had to be patched to allow getting past the purple screen of death...only problem was that Cydia was not yet avail
