I think that English is the standard language for all aivation related radio talk.
Commercial pilots always speak English when talking with air traffic control no matter what country they're from.

They use the F-16A MLU, it is one of the best fighters in the world even if its 25 years old. Trust me you don't even know what you are talking about so please don't try to convince anyone you do.
