People have already commented on the spoken samples, the music is sampled from "The Girl From U.N.C.L.E." and "Out Of The Frying Pan" by Dave Grusin, a jazz musician who has credits for soundtracks to more films than I've had hot dinners.
This is a fantastic album full of samples from some great tracks but reused to amazing effect, one of my all-time favourites :)

I had never put the two together. "Fred" from Breakfast at Tiffany's is Hannibal from the A Team?!
Good ears.
