Nuclear weapons are not detonated at those altitudes, so nope, it alone did not create a hole in the ozone layer.

It was probably this bomb that caused the hole in the ozone layer, all of the other nuclear devices tested over the years didn't reach such heights where the ozone layer is but this one did, however I may be wrong I'm no scientist.

Insanity at its best, this what happens when scientists are given a free hand to do anything. All these atomic explosions are now haunting mankind in depletion of ozone and many genetic mutations occurring.

There should be some type of international law against illogical experiments that threatens the normal evolutionary process.
