Best of luck to you, lady in the video. Your efforts to loose weight will certainly pay off in the end. You seem very happy too.

I've been trying to loose weight as well, I actually exercise everyday now and I do notice my clothes getting looser and that I'm feeling a lot better.

I have to admit, its hard to eat 6 times a day, it just gets old. But, for somebody who clearly has had no issues eating a lot in the past, I dont see how it could be a problem. Your eating too much got you hear, now eating a little bit many times a day will help you... How is that hard?

Just b/c she is overweight does not mean she got there from overeating. She could have gained weight from just eating the wrong things and not enough. I gain weight from eating ONE to two fatty meals a day. They are not overly large meals, but they are full of fat (e.g., Cheesburger meal). So don't misunderstand how different people gain weight. That is what most (skinny) people assume, though.

Today, I had like a lot of cheeseburgers - for breakfast. And I didn`t trow away the salad. I just didn`t eat it. I`m just waiting for it to go brown. So I can let it go of natural causes.

Free on the NHS if you're a fatty.

A nutrionist could cost you a lot, but reading up and learning how and what to eat would only cost you time. You can google anything, or the old fashioned way, go to a library and read up on healthy diets. I could help you, but I charge by the letter and my emails are long.
