i am trying to get the facts that i seem to know as well as the ones i dont from you but lol i am quite happy about the fact my adrenal glands are in perfect shape since i have no stress of any kind and i would bet my life on that ( was fairly happy when i found out this is such a big deal and i was doing so remarkably well xd )

Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO

How much wieght have you loss.... I can tell you that after losing 120 lbs that it is not as easy as u make it to be. People can do it but it takes dedication and knowledge on how to do it. I ate a meal every three hours and worked out 4 times a week. It is a lifestyle change that needs to take place

Yes, adrenal fatigue does seem to be the next logical topic. I heard a radio prog talking about a four year delay in inflamed responses to stress...ie a problem in the cortisol regulating system.

I'm taking notes. Looking forward to the adrenal fatigue talk...

When talking about lizer enzymes you may find it useful to consider that intense weightlifting will elevate levels of CPK, SGOT, SGPT, etc., and that all this is completely normal.
