took me 3 months to get to this level of dancing 6-8 hours a day for 3 months. video was made in november 2006! i do not do this amout of hours now though. in total i have been dancing for a year and 9 months.
i do not have any dance background, no ballet, gymnastics ect

it's a removable pole, works on pressure easy to put up n take down, and i used youtube video's to teach myself the moves

This video was recorded after 3 months of having my pole, i tonned up alot and put on weight which is a bonus for me! your girlfriend may enjoy this kind of fitness :)
