My cousin was born in USA and she followed us to China for traveling a few years ago. Before that she has the same thought as you, to think that Chinese are very poor and China is a country with no freedom at all...but we took her to many place, and sometimes she just felt amazing of how different than she thought.

I have to say, if you'd never been to CHINA, to look around and to see what really happened in there, you should shut your mouth and stop pretend that you know the "truth". All these years, western media has twist the image of China. Your opinion may not come from yourself, just people say so and you follow it. But if you had gone to China, I believe your thoughts will change. Yes, China is NOT a perfect country, but yet it's trying to improve and how come you don't see that, huh?
