Unbelievable....I've never seen Don sing that song with such heart and as for Chet.....well what can you say. One of the best video's I've seen......Thanks for posting and it will be in my favorits

How could anyone write a song that seems to so clearly depict an artist who lived long ago. van Gogh, I believe, would have loved this song and having Dan McLean and Chet Atkins perform it togetger us such a treat! Thank you

Ok Folks - I will do what I can, but I cant promise: I am gonna see if me an Don can get together an do this (muhaha!); we need to do this for a friend - a friend who has been around horses for over 70 years...guess I'd better learn this on guitar !

So beautiful! I never knew what an incredible guitarist Chet Atkins was until my mom "dragged" me to a concert he was playing in Tyler, Texas in the early 90s-I didn't want to go because I thought it would be "country" & I don't care for country music. But I was COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY by his guitar playing and became an instant fan! He played a breathtaking arrangement of John Lennon's "Imagine" that night that was absolutely beautiful.

Does anyone know the date this of this performance?
