omgosh! This is like one of my all time fav movies. I love Howard Keel and Russ Tablyn. They are such great actors. 4:24-4:29 is hilarious!!

It blows my mind how Jane Powell is completely DWARFED by her 6 on-screen brothers-in-law, yet is marvelously in command of this wonderful scene where she civilizes her brothers, and even shows a kind of early feminism. It illustrates what a wonderfully underrated actress she was. Great music and dancing. Thanks.

Wonderful film and dancing. Russ Tablyn the youngest dancer here is showing already his potential and ability for this kind of films as he showed later in West Side Story All the dancers are truly unique and grand
