Ca you please reveal the name and manufacturer of the FLUX use. And the filler material, is this Aluminium filler matrial use or 60/40 Soldering wire used?? Thanks

Manufacturer is ForteBraze and the flux name is 040.
Alloy composition used is ZnAl4 (Al: 4%, Zn: rest) wire.

Beyler bari aliminyumun daha profesyonelce yapılan bir lehimini gosterseydiniz. Sizce aliminyumu lehim etmede en uygun yontem Torch brazing mi? Bence aliminyumun ic yapısı falan bayagı bozuluyor.

Bu kalınlıktaki Aluminyum boruları birbirine veya Alumninyum - Bakır birleştirilmesinde, özellikle buzdolabı üretiminde bir sorun yaşanmadan rahatlıkla kullanılıyor. Başka Aluminyum birleştirmelerinde diğer sert-lehim metodları kullanılabilir.
Burada kullanılan ZnAl4 alaşımı ile 450 °C'de işlem gerçekleşiyor, daha sık kullanılan AlSi12 alaşımıyla yapılan sert-lehim işlemi isie 560 °C'de.

Peki genel olarak soyle bir soru sorsam aliminyum parcaları birbirine lehim etmede en uygun yontem hangisi. Torch brazing mi yoksa baska bir metod mu? neden veya neden degil? tesekkurler. bu arada ben de cukurova makina muh. ogrencisi ya sen.

Further into my brazing research tonight I realized the compound is flux. I really wish I could find some fucking INSTRUCTIONAL videos on YouTube for brazing...

What is the mixture they made in the beginning? Is it some type of temperature gauge?

Forteflux 040 brazing flux is mixed with pure water. 20-25% pure water is added on a balance.
