well, how can I say this...
it's like seeing a woman with eye makeup, you don't really notice it--just how pretty her eyes are..
now if she's wearing a little too much, you do notice it, and that means it's too much.
Now, with this whole series of Brandenburgs, (in my opionion), I think, wow, they can really play fast....I notice the speed--I notice it--to me that means it's too fast. But each individual has their own viewpoint.

I'm not even sure why atonal "music" can be classified as such (music)? To me, it is little more than noise. Some call rap "music" as well, but it is obviously nothing of the sort.
Conversely, when listening to Bach, it is almost as if I have my ear to walls of Heaven, eavesdropping on the music of the angels, played before the very throne of God himself! What a tremendous gift Bach was given and gave in return to us all.
