I am not totally sure that is true, Red Victor One is without a doubt very fast but the law regarding what constitutes a street legal car varies around the world. In some parts of the world the hood scoops on these would be illegal due to obstruction of the drivers view. In the UK having an MOT certificate does not prove that the car meets all relevant construction and use regulations.
