地域によります。
駐輪場を設置すれば放置自転車が一定数確実に減るのは事実。
まあ、放置自転車の撤去作業と同時並行にやらないとダメなのはどこも同じでしょう。
ただ、大阪はダメだ。あの地域は何やってもだめ。
いままで各地の放置自転車の様子を観察してきたけどあそこは別格。
