"Operation Northwoods" in 1962 was a plan by governament to stage acts of real terrorism on US soil and against U.S. interests and then put the blame of these acts on Cuba in order to generate U.S. public support for military action against the Cuban government of Fidel Castro.Kennedy did not approve it in 1962.Bush did in 2001. 9/11 inside job.
It is in wikipedia!!! google "Operation Northwoods"

This is done so that the cost of invasion and occupation gets paid and recharged to the Iraqis under occupation. One way of extracting money from the oil money otherwise going to insurgents or corrupt officials, no doubt.

The NWO has its own rationale for doing things. Why ask the awkard questions? The first audit of the occupation expenses ( probably oil revenue too) revealed apparently some 80% of the charges could not be said to meet the standards required in terms of proper accountability

Without Navy cooks we would have no population of pretty young Filipinas in San Diego. Dude, outsourcing is not the answer to our problems.
