GFSdoc - like I was saying, Zhang deserves the Gold. But again, Chinese people are creating rumors and it is becoming bigger and bigger.
S.Korea can NEVER be 2nd in the olympics medal count! They do not participate in enough sports with enough athletes. They can win maybe 30 medals, 40 maximum. It is mathmatically impossible to surpass 70-80+.

It takes one person to win a gold medal.
Therefore, Ratios don't matter. If they did, countries would have to send athletes in proportion to their populations....
So if a tiny country like vatican sent one archer, then KOrea would have to send 1 archer for every 800 people they have. So that's 625,000 archers into a competition. Only then can you calculate who is "better".
