those are asian carp which are a huge problem in the mississippi river and in illinois if u get caught with one that is alive u can get fined up to 5 grand which is quite a bit

I think they put a small electric charge in the water, so they're trying to get away from it..plus they're Asian Carp..

They jump because its a defensive strategy the fish has developed, so just the boat driving through the water makes them jump. Pretty dangerous for boaters really.

Hey fucktard, they are silver carp, an invasive species that is out competing ALL native fish. They must be aggressively managed or they will take over their non native waters...
