Cherry Pomegranate crystal light is awesome. I am seriouly considering the surgery, your videos are extremely helpful and makes the experience look worthwhile.

Ive actually have to deal with weight issues all my life...But one thing that I think of is....Do you have any self-control...Cause if I tell myself you have to los weight...I do no matter what....So did you try losing weight the old fashion way????????????and if you did why didnt it work????????

Yes of course I tried losing weight by diet & exercize and that has always been an up and down thing for me. I lose ten pounds, gain back twenty, and I put so much effort into it it ends up taking over my mind. So i'm stressed out, unhappy and STILL overweight. I knew I wasn't going to be able to reach and maintain a healthy weight by dieting my whole life. And with lap band I'm now able to maintain my weight without constant mental turmoil! It's awesome.

hi, i had my lap band surgery 1 week ago. i have lost 30 pounds in i month, but thats with my pre op diet. the surgery is not too painfull the first 4 days you want to do nothing, i just chilled in my room sleeping, after the 4 days i went for a walk and you fell pretty much fine after 1 week. good luk hun i will cheak up on you latter see how your going. bye
