If you can build such a plant, all power to you. I wish you could. I really do. But you can't. I'll believe it when I see it in person. I know of no scientist or engineer who has. Every single one of these over unity machines fails when held up to scrutiny, and it has nothing to do with inefficiency, design problems, etc. The basic concept simply defies logic. I can certainly explain why these machines are impossible.
If this were possible at all, nobody would need any external energy. Of course it would be great - free cans of budweiser from the sky would be great too - it's not going to happen.

You can patent all kinds of things. Issuance of a patent does not mean it's been shown to work. Thousands of devices which don't work have been patented. If you want to patent the design of a machine that doesn't work, you can. No problem.
