the only thing that can defeat it is Spartan Laser
but it depent if Tank pilot see laser sigh first he win

even Spartan Laser is powerful weapons that can destroy everthing it can't defeat scorpion in one shot
you need to aim at cockpit or between cannon turrent and tank
