Heyyy guys !!no force needed at all, just practica, it's like it takes some confidence, and you won't hit your knees if you just relax and try to get your toes touch your head, and not trying to land on your feet, that's it

In our dojo, and a few others I have trained at, it is reffered to as the "Floating Leaf".

Um I have a question about these front falls. It is hard for me to do these because my upper body strength is not that great. I can't keep myself up very long to break the fall. Is there a way to practice these? Or do I need to build up my upper body strength?
