It's just a sterotyping Madtv skit that is hilarious even though it puts Abercrombie down. Even when the the store isn't actually that bad.
But what other store could they use to make a skit as funny as this one.

They're commenting on the homoerotic imagery used to promote the stores, and the fact that most gay men covet this ideology too. Plus, it just looks gay when you where it.

I hate Abercrombie. It's a dumb little brand name thing. Their clothes are skin tight and they have words plastered all over your ass and chest. Why would anyone shop there?
