American Nascars wouldn't have any chance to follow a DTM-car. DTM-cars are absolutely high-end-tech-car - look to a Nascar - this is old stuff just running straight on.

Each year we've a DTM-car presentation in our city with the best drivers (like Matthias Eckström, Ralf Schumacher etc...) and there it's possible to compare them with all the Ferrari & Lamborghini sportcar-stuff, believe me my friend - one second is enough to recognize that there are 10 categories technology between!

Sorry, incorrect, but imagine how MUCH MONEY YOU CAN MAKE if you could produce something like that.

But, you can't, because trust me somebody would of already. You can somewhat come close to the sound, BUT NOTHING NEAR THAT.

Now thats a Mercedes Benz ENGINE at work my friend!

theres noway a V8supercar is faster than a DTM car..it doesnt take much to compare them..the aussie cars r indeed stock cars at heart..the DTM shares no more than bodywork to its street going brother..the rest is tubes and drivetrain..completely different layout underneath its skin...the idea behind theV8 supercars is to make an affordable and very tight cship thru lo-tech..this sells the stock cars..dont forget the DTMs engines r restricted..i havent seen DTMs slide around like V8s or NASCARs..
