No, the A-10 can turn on a dime on account of its slow speed and huge straight wings. It's one of its distinguishing characteristics.

The A-10 Warthog is a Ground Support Aircraft and is NOT built for dogfights. The MiG would lock onto it and shoot it out of the sky before it could react. If you want proof of look up the Thunderbolt from WW2. The Warthog is made from the same idea, that is why it is called the Thunderbolt 2 or Warthog. The original was known as the Razorback. That also said, i agree with Goose i would want a 30mm gun pointed at me either.
