BackIn the late-1980s, a new type of vehicle entered monster truck events, the monster tank. These vehicles are typically military tanks or personnel carriers, upgraded with bigger engines & street-vehicle bodies. This is a compilation featuring some of the best of the monster tanks.

The reason these vehicles are called "monster tanks," is because they are built using a military "tank" tracked-vehicle as a base, with a regular street-vehicle body placed on top, in the place of the turret.
