ningen means "human" or "person"
nante means "what? (in relation to
what comes before it)" or it can stand
for a sort of exclamation.

So the title may perhaps be meant
as a type of simple question or maybe
it is just like "Humans, huh..." or
"things like humans".
If you get my drift, "nante" is
damn hard to define, even more
so out of context. =D
