I think all the people that think collateral damage in the war is acceptable whould take into consideration that if they and their friends and family were killed by terrorists it would just be collateral damage and they should willingly die for their beliefs that war is an okay thing. If that dosent change their minds then they are a lost cause for a human being.

War is horrific, yes. Sometimes necessary, but nevertheless, it's horrific, and should be only be fought if it's for the greater good. Is the Iraq war for the greater good? Possibly. I guess we can never know, as how can we trust anyone who tells us what's going on? Maybe we're doing a great job, policing and overall saving lives. Maybe we're just fucking it all up. Maybe we have a more sinister motive.

Anyone who definitively says "the war is good" or "the war is bad" is an asshole.
