Okay, sitdown248, if you are not kidding, about people living without health care, and lazy people not being worthy of health care, then you need to turn off the hate media, turn off the corporate speaker on the Fox news show who is being paid to be there by the health insurance company. Get a book on logic, and start thinking.

digitalnow, I suggest you check your logic. Tell me, when you go into a store, do you go around take a bunch of stuff and just say "i need it"? No, that would be called stealing, but why do we support people who want to do it with healthcare. Remember, free healthcare isn't free, it's only free to those that DON'T pay taxes!

you are comparing shopping for goods to public education of our nations children? oh, wait, you are talking about health care. Did you go to public schools, sitdown248? I guess I paid for it then. I wish I could stop you from using the side walks, the parks, and the roads too, as you feel that no one should be paying for anything someone else will use. The whole point to all this is lost to you, because you just don't want to see the truth. You too will get sick, and you may not get care

Tell me, when did I ever say I supported public education? I would love to get rid of this government sham, but obviously it will never happen. What is the responsiblity of a government? To protect citizens' rights. Healthcare and education are not rights. Things like the fire department, police, military, and transportation (i.e. roads) are rights. These are things the government should provide, however, why should the government force me to pay for someone else's healthcare?

Hey JaneJane47, why not mention that corporations are using poision in plastics that are found in all water bottles, and canned food,and that pollution is being pumped out into the air, soil, and water. not like that makes anyone sick. and why not say something about corporations to market cradle to grave on fast food, sodas, and cigs?

digitalcurry, I was over staying my student visa in the UK, when I had to be treated for a bee sting. I tired to pay them, but they just laughed at me. I am a well educated, wealthy, white female I am for universal health care. sale off your health care stock, a new wind is coming.

Obviously because your one view of how many people get the care you need is the correct one that reflects the entire country. If your money going to those damn lazy welfare recipients is your biggest concern with a Single Payer System, then I sure as hell hope you aren't using the US Postal Service anytime soon.
