Do schools today kill creativity? (Ken Robinson, TEDTalks)
BackA must-see for every parent and teacher. Education guru Sir Ken Robinson makes an entertaining (and profoundly moving) case for creating an education system that nurtures creativity, rather than undermining it. Sir Ken Robinson is author of "Out of Our Minds: Learning to be Creative," and a leading expert on innovation in education and business. (Recorded February, 2006 in Monterey, CA.) I'm wondering if he is saying that we shouldn't be obsessed about what is the best because there's no way to tell whether what we do now would be best in the future. Rather, the best approach to an uncertain future is diversity.

(fun fact) It has also been proven that performance has no link with intelligence.

corruptvideo1, wtf are you taking about?.
1. You can't just put kids under labels like smart and dumb-as-a-rock. Every individual learns differently and has different interests.
2. I'm guessing that the people who you refer to as "smart kids" are the ones do good in math and science which does not make them intelligent at all. All it means is that the have organized minds.
3. I'm also guessing that "dumb-as-a-rock" is your dumb way of perceiving kids that have other interests like artists.
