I asked T.R. to do this concert back in the winter of 94 or 95. He said he would play a new piece which he had never recorded or played before. It's an improvisational piece with conceived movements. The intervals which were used in this concert included a couple high# ratio just intervals which were more dissonant than the ones used on the similar sounding,Harp of the New Albion. I recall there being some low notes on the right hand... Very unorthodox even for a microtonalist.

This piano tuning sound so spooky to me, i'm not familiar with it yet. Very interesting but my ears are complaining. My god it sounds out of tune but still is great.

Sadly the concert was only about 20% full...

it's strange to be 'high' on a concert with people around. his perfect music is enough by itself.
