I dont think he is an awesome drummer but I give him props I mean I am pretty much the same way on drums its not always lets see how fast u play it can be the most simplest beat and as long as it sounds good and goes with the music people like it now if u have terrible time and throw in like a 16th note roll on a slow song it does go any way what I an trying to say yes he is creative and a good drummer but nothing special

Haha Travis Barker is the best drummers for me..and actually he is so good playing drummers ..he is my top 1 =)

he's recording a pop dance song remix. it's not Rush or Santana. if he was playing with Rush or Santana i'm sure he would be more of a percussionist, but he's not. he's laying down a basic drum track for a dance song. and he probably added more drums tracks after. and there's already enough going on in the song. i'm sure the final mix will be more balanced. but his timing is excellent. he's a solid player. he plays like a pro. i wouldn't mind jamming with him.

true. I just think he needs to play more... i don't know... artistically. He was in a marching band through college and high school. i would think he would be more of a percussionist if that makes any sense

dude he is just chilling in his house playing, I would be playing as loud as I could too, not to mention his kit is completely miked so he could always go back and adjust levels...
