huh? o_O i don`t know what you were trying to say there, but there are Romanians(we are caucasian) and, how they call themselves, Rrom(sg.)(gipsies that call themselves that to make other countries think that all of Romania is like them - thieves, burglars, filthy garbage)...

if you were talking about nationality... yeah, they may have Romanian ID`s, but i don`t know who gave them those, cuz I wouldn`t have... ~_~
