first of all, let me say that i love both roy orbison and johnny cash. But I can't listen to this song without remembering "only fools and horses" episode, when Delboy becomes the manager of a certain Tony Angelino, a singer who can't pronounce his Rs...and sings the song as "Cwying":-)) it's on youtube, check it out, it's hilarious

I searched for this video -- one of Orbison's firsts after the death in 1966 of his first wife, Claudette in a motorcycle accident, and the subsequent deaths in 1968 of two of his three sons in a house fire. For Roy Orbison, and for fans of American music, 1969 was a watershed year. Roy Orbison was an amazing singer and musician, a sweet and gentle man -- as a human being, husband, and father -- and should be honoured here as such.

depending on how old your parents are, they probably remember the Johnny Cash Show, along w/ the Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour.

I'm pretty sure Kim Yong-Il can't reach those high notes like Roy, though :D
