I don't understand what's being suggested. My scenario has a government enforcing the contracts made between people and the common law guarding the rights that the state is established to protect. Anarchy is antithetical to the model. I'm also not suggesting in any way that there only ought to be self-loyalty. I don't know how that comes out of my belief that an individual shouldn't be compelled into serving "society" through the coercion of idealogues disguised as an impersonal "state."

What is to keep your proposed state from degrading to anarchy? If there is no loyalty to anything but self, how would any order remain?

The whole's properties are functions of the parts.
It's hillarious how people can oppose the individual and claim to fight oppression. It's sillier that those same people can claim that rights are given, and not just taken, and not think they're just instituting tyranny they happen to like.
Cooperation is useless if the participants are not as seperate beings benefited. The motive for personal success and security is the rationale behind civilization and the justification for its sustenance.

The whole is more than the sum of its parts. Your idiotic fetish for individualism will lead to nothing but disaster in the long run. Only through cooperation can civilization be built and sustained.

State sovereignity refers to territorial jurisdiction and supremacy in the field of its functions, which property management is not a part of. The state does not allow me to live on its land, I give it job.
Governments don't grant us our rights; we DEMAND they be protected.
The fact that it must take from the governed to have property is proof that the citizens do not borrow from the state and that everything it has is because of the station provided by the governed; not the other way around.

The state is sovereign over the nation you live in. Accordingly all its land, resources, and the production from it by consequence are its property. It allows you to live within its land and grants you numerous rights and protections, realizing that it could not exist without the permission of its citizenry. Even so, this does not negate the fact of its sovereignty, and thus ownership of the said resources, land, and production.

That's like saying that I have a working television because of the warranty. The state is not my library, it's my security guard. It may take a portion of what's mine to pay for protecting my rights, but only because of the needs and rights of those operating the state. When property becomes mine, it's mine and that's final. I don't need anyone's permission to borrow jack. My death doesn't magically make it another's. Holding those resources is just defense from an imperious parasite.

Everything you have is because of the state. It is yours to borrow for life, but no longer. Consider the state to be a sort of library. You may borrow what you need from it for a certain duration (in this case your lifetime). Attempting to hold resources FOREVER, however, constitutes theft. Those resources are not truly yours, but belong to your nation and its legitimate, sovereign government

Dispense of your property as you wish. Mine was not borrowed, but earned and manipulated into my custody by fair remuneration or open claim. The state held no part and has no say in the matter. When my life ends, it will still be under my just discression. It might not be followed, but that doesn't change the fact that some villain wronged me in the name of his own ideals.
I can not steal my procured property from the state anymore than I can steal back my own wallet from a pickpocket.

North Korea is behaving similarly to the USSR, irrationally allocating far too many resources to the military. Again, not the fault of the system, but the rather corrupt management of it.
Vietnam is but one nation, and a fairly peaceful, relatively prosperous one at that.
Norway is not a permanent member of the UN security council because the permanent members were decided after WWII, during such a time as it was not very powerful. It has grown tremendously since under socialism.
