oh man I remember the first time I saw this series in cartoonnetwork I couldnt wait a full fucking week for the next episodes lol.so I order the boxet on ebay OMG one of the best anime is up there with cowboy bebop and Akira .they day I got the boxet couldnt fucking wait me and my girl got some good weed chronic we smoke some and watched like 12 episodes lol took us a week to see the whole series it awesome!!

GAINAX made this, not Geneon... and it HAS been put into OVA format, it's called Death & Rebirth.

It would be so awesome if Geneon re-did this series in OVA format like Hellsing Ultimate ^^ I only say this because since it's so old, some of the animation falls short when trying to convey certain effects.

Its one of the best anime ever made. It has the most unique storyline and characterization.
