Actually, it is very tough to compare fighter aircrafts, the best way to do it would be a pilots exchange program between french Rafale pilots and American F-22 pilots.

It is already the case. The reflag program is a training for any allied coutries and this helps greatly pilots regarding airframes and aircraft versatility. So in case a fighter is stolen, any allied country is able to target and destroy such type of airplane because of those trainings. Instead, all military aircrafts have specific avionics and electronics called signature. If you steal a military airplane, you will need to modify this if you don't want to be remotely destroyed.

I confirm that there are about ten years ago that american pilots don't even win the TopGun cup (Ability to be an instructor in dog fighting). The Mirage 2000, those old dogs, are still flying hard missions after 30 years of existance, and the rafale is still unbeaten till today, even by the famous F22 that has too much electronics for so less fingers to do so :) Stop dreaming, you are confirmed very strong, but not enough to take our temperature with a finger !

A lot of people like you says America instead of USA. America is a continent, USA is a country. The same with Americans instead of Unians-States. (en français Etats-Uniens). Americans are peoples who live in America (continent) like Unians-States, Mexicans, Canadians ......... Please, don't give to The Unians-States more than they have to get !

Si ton nez est aussi grand que tes oreilles, elles même aussi grande que ton pays, je comprends mieux que tu ne vois pas la différence ma poule :) !

which is a semi active missile.
Mica is a new generation missile with 70km range fire and forget like Amram

Its a fire and forget missile.
50km range
useable at shortrange with the infrared version.
It has a orientable nozzle which make it very agile.
