i still think the back up singers are the same girls that back him up in "closing time".

The back up singers of "Closing Time" were probably in the first grade back in 1970.

possibly.
if they were 18-20 in 1970 they'd be around 40-42 in the closing time video released in 1992. they could be 40 in my opinion.

wow, you must be very sly! some happy guys in the audience were only shown for a few seconds and you could already tell that they were stupid and stoned! I'm amazed by your skills!:)

It's a fact that if you hadn't taken drugs in the late 60's you would have been called a black sheep boy or a girl.
And who of these young folks would have liked having been a black sheep???Very, very few of them.....
You know,I hate any sort of "supplies" and "snacks" that "help" you to "open your mind".
I dont think drugs or alcohol open anybody's mind:I think they destroy brain and abilites of being critical.

BrianGodard (September 23, 2008 at 9:57 pm)
Maybe he was.But thats fine.
He had brains, heart and soul as a solid basis to do that.
These brainwashed white-trash octopussys hadnt.

On the other hand - who wasn't in those days.

I could see commedian Steven Wright and singer/songwriter Leonard Cohen go on tour together and call it the Laugh/Cry tour. They have a similar personna, just different genre.
