I know the U.S. has these on 747s, but I don't think we gave the tech to Israel, nor does it have the power to shoot a artillery projectile.

How exactly would this concept not be effective? Destroying enemy missile/planes/tanks/and eventually infantry at the speed of light.

Notice that the weapon it Tactical and not Stratigic. Other weapon platforms are being developed in those areas.

your school system cant have much higher standarts.
in russia if you finished the school, you have learnt - russian and world literature, math(algebga+geometry), physics, chemistry, geography, one of foreign languages, world and russian history, art, phisycal culture, civil defence, etc.
because you have knowledge about russia from movies with starring Silvester and Arnold S., I forgive you :0)

Its good russia teaches the basic courses in your school system. For whatever thats worth.
