Very unlikely that was a Black Hawk, sorry but been around... not an A-10 either - My guess - Specter Gun Ship AC-130...

Yes, it's a Blackhawk. No, they are not attacking anyone. If you read the beginning of the video it's a "Show [of] Force". They went and put on a display of fire power to impress the locals on an island in the Tigris River. This was filmed less than 500 meters from the barracks I lived in. I had to listen to this every night for months. At first they didn't tell us what they were doing and we thought the base was under attack and we ran to the roof to take up fighting positions.
