Synopsis :
Made of Honor revolves around Tom (Dempsey) and Claire (Monaghan), who have been platonic friends for 10 years. He's a serial dater, while she wants marriage but hasn't found Mr. Right. Just as Tom is starting to think that he is relationship material after all, Claire gets engaged. When she asks Tom to be her "maid" of honor, he reluctantly agrees just so he can attempt to stop the wedding and woo her.

my grandmother was together with my grandfather for 6 hours before they got engaged....3 months later he returned from his tour on a boat and they went to his country to marry and had 4 kids and were married from 1951 to 1992 when he died - 6 hours so i guess 6 weeks is okay - shit like that happens.....but i agree - stupid movie judging from the trailer

Stupid humor. Typical story line. Nothing special here. In addition its filled with Jews throughout. I cant understand why Hollywood keeps attempting to insert Jews as leading men in Romantic comedies. It doesnt work, they are simply weasels. I choked down the 1st 25 minutes to give it a chance....I couldnt continue. Too unrealistic - show me in this world where a weasel creep like this could be a ladies man - a real player, never happen. I realize its a movie, but C'mon! Just dumb.

First of all, Patrick Dempsey is not Jewish.
Secondly, not all Jewish men are weasels.
