Back

Part VII. Quite possibly the best scene in ANY Disney movie.

One of Disney's best movies in my opinion. Disney should up their animated movie standards, the only Disney movies I watched in the last couple of years are the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy.

I will always like how he says "This burning, desire." You can see that he is in pain. Then he switches his emotions really quickly to something more ritaliating. No matter what this IS the best Disney moment in any film.

"if in gods plan,(mea culpa)he made the devil so much stronger than a man"
best lyrics in all of disney soundtracks!

Yeah. Disney had to change it because Catholics took offense. If he was a priest it would make him look even more evil.

Disney should dare to do more stuff like this!:D

I think its too mature for Disney. Children don't wanna learn about a man who is lusting over a woman. I personally like this, I love it. But I am just saying this isnt as popular as fantasical, magical ones like Cinderella and Pocahontas. Although I think this is much superior.

That's pretty thought out, I never actually saw it like that. Thanks for explaining!

same here
I didn't like this movie too much as a kid, I guess it's because I didn't understand a lot of things.
and now that I see it again I think "disney made a movie like that?!"

Thank you, Tony Jay, for bringing us one of the best performances in Disney history.
