To you all english speakers here is the deal: The one who recorded the video is the ovni club (old man speaking in 3:08)... got it?
The first police man said that he saw 2 persons in black with long nails and feathers above the cementery the wish was filmed and the second one said that he saw a with (big eyes and hat) flying.
I think that the ovni club wanted some attention like a scooby doo "monster" and they made the video with video edition or something.
