I love song but its sad for me because it was played at my grandmas funeral, and everyone was crying including me.
But its a great song.

I'm still trying to get a 78 rpm player. Its hard to find in Northern Newfoundland. I have about 12 78's in total and I can't play them with the record player I have. 78's just have a beautiful, classic sound.

When Roy Rogers introduces this song in "Hollywood Canteen," there's a introductory lyric about some Western character about to be jailed. The part that Bing and David Byrne sing is this character's response to the prospect of being put behind bars. This introductory segment seems to have dropped down the memory hole, along with similar segments of "White Christmas," "Take Me Out to the Ball Game," and "As Times Goes By."

I love this song, but Ella sings it better, and the David Byrne version on 'red, Hot and Blue' rocks. Check them out.
