This video is readily available. I bought a copy recently. "Ginger Baker in Africa". Just google for Ginger Baker DVD - it is excellent but contains a lot more than Fela and has a commentary throughout by a very wasted sounding Ginger Baker...

Belo e precioso vídeo da turma do Fela. Todos bem alegres e divertidos. Engraçada as brincadeiras que fazem, dançando e gesticulando. Baita Sax! Aquela brincadeira no final entre o Fela e o rapaz, muito engraçado. Brincadeira de criança! hehehe

Beauty and precious video of Fela folk's. All very happy and funny! Funny the jokes that they do, dancing, gesticulanting, laughing. And that Sax, what is that? Wow! The final joke between Fela and the guy it's the best too! Just children play! hehehe

if your seeking footage of Fella there is a documentary called 'music is the weapon',
which is quite good.
