Skydivers can reach 150mph velocity. This is not even cruising speed for a peregrin falcon, in this clip it's estimated that the falcon must have accelerated beyond 180mph. From the BBC.

Poor bird my arse, do some research, they are built specifically for speed and altitude. This is what these birds do, they dive on prey at very high speeds from a great height, it's called the 'stoop'. This was nothing out of the ordinary for the bird. In the wild these birds have been clocked going much faster, at speeds well over 200mph. Pity the birds in captivity that don't get to do this, Lady was probably very happy.

perhaps you should do some of your own research, as your response shows your ignorance regarding the altitude from which a falcon decends. don't be such a stoop, and educate yourself before making such retaded comments.

This is my favorite animal if it was ever considered one. and in the wild they are very protective of their young so stay away from nests or they will attack you.

what a great show made me respect this bad ass bird, got incredible eyesight too
