A farewell tribute to the F-14 Tomcat which recently was retired from active service in the Navy. Most of the footage comes from the "Fighter Fling" videos put out by the Tomcat crews themselves.

This video is really really cool and as the others I love this aircraft. Too bad they replaced it even if the f-18 is not the worst plane ever. By the way where did you get so many videos ? I looked on the internet and it is nearly impossible to find good photos of f14 (nose, gear, right side, left side ... ; and most especially photos in the same livery). Congratulations for your video and to Grumman (forgive me if I did mistakes but english is not my first language)

i wonder how the f35 will reinspire people. I mean i wanted to become a pilot ever sicne a f14 flew right over my house and rathled my bones. ill never forget that moment. but now all i can hope for is the f35c/= or super hornet for the navy. or a f35b or even a f22. I wish the navy acepted the naval f22 with swing wings
