Well Vattens, Danzig didn't want to get sued. I believe it was a lose/lose situation for Danzig either way. If he did not punch that other guy, he would of been perceived as a wuss (Like now) and if he did lay a finger on him, he would of lost millions in a suit. he even said it himself he didn't want to get sued
