I wish Dingle would free the world by posting what he knows. His greed has made this technology be held back for close too 40 years now. For the only way anyone is going to see this type of technology is for it too be given away.

You doubters need to wake up! Yes, it is possible to break the bonds in water using special frequencies and electronics at low power levels. Many people have done it in
secret or if they went public they were either killed, threatened into silence or bought out in rare cases.

Please pray for brave people to get this technology out and fight the IMG, Federal Reserve and all politicians who are part of the CFR and other secret clubs. Safety in numbers! Fight the Power!
